Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne has a love for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. The Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
